Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and execute strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate clinical adoption of their mechanical thrombectomy platform and support commercial growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial, clinical, and corporate priorities
Drive messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for physician audiences and hospital stakeholders
Support product launch planning, including segmentation, branding, demand creation, and go-to-market activities
Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making
Develop compelling sales tools, clinical selling narratives, website content, digital materials, and product collateral
Translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, credible messaging for physicians and decision makers
Partner cross-functionally to build presentations, case studies, scientific narratives, and KOL-driven content
Support field sales with training materials, launch toolkits, and competitive positioning resources
Collaborate with Sales to develop customer-facing content and campaigns that drive engagement and utilization
Support presence at medical conferences, symposia, advisory boards, and product showcases
Partner with Medical Education and Clinical teams to drive effective physician engagement and awareness
Manage logistics and promotional materials to elevate visibility and brand leadership
Work closely with Sales leadership and Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Collaborate with KOLs, advisors, and early adopters to capture insights and elevate clinical storytelling
Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners to scale execution efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of medical device marketing experience; vascular, interventional, or procedural space preferred
Proven ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives
Experience supporting product launches and commercial execution in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of physician decision-making, hospital purchasing dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content for scientific, clinical, and commercial audiences
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and promotional guidelines within medical devices
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
