Responsibilities
Write clean, concise, well-crafted code and tests
Build Integrations with other systems, including SAAS applications from other vendors using REST APIs
Participate in the planning, analysis, and refinement of business requirements for system enhancements and new functionality
Deliver assigned development tasks within the established timelines
Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed with Ionic, Angular, and Capacitor
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Provide support and guidance to associate developers
Assist with code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to project technical design and documentation
Assist in estimating level of effort for proposed solutions
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation efforts
Complete annual professional development goals and required training
Take direction from supervisor and project tech lead
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with team members
Ability and willingness to give and receive honest, balanced feedback
Participate in company team building and educational activities
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area
2+ years of professional hybrid mobile app development experience using Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular
Salesforce development experience a plus
Proficiency in TypeScript development
Demonstrated development experience using TypeScript, Ionic, Angular, and Capacitor
Experience with Android Studio and Xcode
Experience with RxJS
Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience creating accessible front-end components using HTML/CSS for use with screen readers and other assistive technologies
Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment
Experience working with source control and continuous integration
Knowledge of modern software development processes and best practices
Experience using GIT, Jira, and other related development tools
