Responsibilities
Open and proactive with customers to build relationships and deliver parts
Entering customer orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently
Tracking orders
Miscellaneous manufacturing software and database maintenance
Prioritizes workload to meet order deadlines and customer needs
Communicates order changes and other pertinent information to appropriate departments in an accurate and timely manner
Responds to phone calls and email inquiries
Miscellaneous Excel projects as assigned
Provides data and sales forecasts for material requirements and scheduling purposes
Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, etc
Responsible to revise and maintain updated Work Instructions relative to Inside Sales
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High Energy with great communication skills
Exposure to manufacturing and/or fabrication processes and equipment
Proficient computer skills required (MS Office suite)
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet the demands of the job
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Reliable, flexible, detailed, and organized
Communication and sense of urgency is crucial in this position when working with both internal and external customers
5 years' experience using an ERP system
