Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with key end-user accounts focusing demand creation for all ENET products and solutions
Understand the unique needs of each account and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth
Regularly assess account performance and identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings
Create and execute comprehensive sales plans annually, aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with inside, outside, and third-party sales resources to develop and implement sales strategies
Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to penetrate untapped segments
Drive key client sales through ENET existing distributor network when appropriate, identify new end user and and/or value-added resellers
Define, measure, and report on sales KPIs, pipeline development, and partner performance
Qualification
Required
Technical experience and knowledge in Optic Transceivers and High-Speed Cables in Data Center AI/HPC environment applications
Appropriate product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technology quickly and easily
Proven track record in key account management
5-7 years of experience
Travel 10% based on business needs
Preferred
Knowledge of CRM usage or other sales management tool is preferred but not required
Bachelors degree in Sales or a related field strongly preferred
