Talent Partner

LHH is partnering with a financial-services organization in Sacramento, CA, to find a Recruiter for full-cycle talent acquisition. The role involves collaborating with HR and leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experiences.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Review submitted applications and resumes to assess qualification alignment for open roles
Maintain strong relationships with candidate pools to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through outreach, including cold calling
Promote job opportunities through social media and recruiting platforms
Research labor market, business trends, and sourcing channels to support hiring initiatives
Schedule and facilitate intake meetings with leaders to gather role requirements and screening criteria
Conduct initial phone screens and determine next‑step progression
Provide consistent follow‑up with internal and external candidates regarding status and outcomes
Develop presentations related to strategy or hiring opportunities using data and market trends
Navigate challenging situations with influence and propose improvements to departmental processes
Initiate and participate in recruiting process improvements and team projects
Serve as a mentor within the department and support change initiatives
Maintain thorough understanding of state and federal compliance laws relevant to the role
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience required
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Ability to operate standard office and computer equipment
Ability to travel locally or statewide on a limited basis when needed

Preferred

AIRS Certification preferred (not required)
