Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Engagement Lead to support all aspects of customer data quality for assigned client business areas
Support data quality projects using available tools to adjudicate data issues and ensure defined SLAs are met
Introduce KPIs, metrics, and data health checks to enable ongoing data quality management
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve data ingestion (ETL), business rules, and match rules impacting data quality
Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues using complex SQL queries

Required

Strong experience in data quality management and analysis
Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
Experience with Reltio and Databricks
Knowledge of ETL processes, business rules, and match rules
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and resolutions to client stakeholders
