Customer Support Specialist – Training Provided
Team Builder Recruiting is a faith-based, Amish-owned company that designs and builds premium outdoor playsets. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support customers through various channels, guide them in designing customized swing set layouts, and manage the ordering process.

Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, website chat, and in person, answering questions about swing sets, customization options, pricing, and services
Consult with customers to understand needs and guide the design of customized swing set layouts through a consultative, customer-focused approach
Prepare estimates and drawings and manage follow-up communication on revisions and next steps
Guide customers through the ordering, payment, and delivery process, ensuring accuracy and clear expectations
Work rotating Saturday shifts during peak seasons to support customer demand
Assist with occasional playground events and represent King Swings at 3-5 trade shows per year
Travel occasionally to meet with potential leads and attend trade shows
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma
Customer-facing experience
Must have a valid Driver's License
