This is a large team and will be working with others within the Customer Service Project Management team
In this role, the Service Coordinator will provide client's customers with excellent customer service
Daily tasks may include answering calls for client's customers who are wanting to sign up for client's services, providing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating day to day items for others within the Customer Service department
Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training
Updates the project plan
Assists in information collection and validations
Helps prepare status reports and presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Level III: 5-8 Years of Experience
