Manage and optimize ETL processes using SSIS
Develop automated data routines and perform data cleansing
Maintain and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
Analyze processes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
Support data quality, governance, and SQL performance tuning

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS

Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
