Responsibilities

Perform as a Global Supply Chain Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator
Supplier source selection, purchase order placement and administration
Conduct cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write awards, and administer resulting subcontracts
Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
Procurement of build to print detail parts and assemblies from engineering drawings in support of various aircraft programs
Source and purchase machinery, equipment, tooling, raw material, packaging material, parts, services and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization
Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop new concepts, techniques and standards in subcontract policies and procedures
Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation

Required

US Citizenship
Active Secret Interim Clearance to Start this role

Preferred

Experience in reading & understanding Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand program & customer requirements
Experience with different contract types
Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
Experience with FAR/DFAR
Capable of making business-based decisions for current level
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Ability to multi-task with follow-up and follow through
Ability to organize and prioritize assignments
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Ability to develop or utilize discipline in following processes and procedures
