Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Guide and mentor developers and functional consultants

Configure entities, workflows, plugins, integrations, and security roles

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance

Qualification

Required

7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/CE/F&O/BC—edit as needed)

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Dynamics customization

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications

Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology
