Responsibilities

Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
Close sales and schedule services on the spot
Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

Required

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday

Preferred

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus
