Akkodis is seeking a Service Now Developer for a contract with a client. The role involves supporting and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by implementing new features, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth incident resolution.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the core ServiceNow FSO platform functionality, ensuring stability and performance
Implement new features and configurations to extend platform capabilities and meet business requirements
Collaborate with scoped app teams for integration and plug-in installations as needed
Manage and resolve incident tickets related to the ServiceNow platform and hosted applications
Contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and enhancements
Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and maintain accurate documentation for all changes and implementations

Qualification

ServiceNow implementationsCertified ServiceNow Systems AdministratorCertified Application DeveloperCSM/FSO modulesIntegrations management

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations (4+ years preferred, especially in financial domain)
Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Strong experience in ServiceNow implementations, preferably with CSM/FSO modules, and ability to manage integrations and platform enhancements
