Law Practice
Responsibilities
Preparing, editing, and finalizing essential legal documents, utilizing both templates and attorney drafts
Maintaining attorney calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling for client meetings, signings, and notarial appointments
Answering incoming calls and facilitating positive interactions with clients
Completing new client intakes, organizing both digital and physical files, and meticulously entering client information into practice-management systems
Maintaining active and archived client files
Notarizing documents or obtaining a notary commission and coordinating the distribution of client materials
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proofreading skills
Ability to produce accurate documents
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask and maintain organized files
Professional demeanor and client-service orientation
Notary commission or eligibility to obtain one
Ability to maintain confidentiality
