Responsibilities
Scheduling visiting attorney offices
Reviewing and approving all catering and supply orders
Planning and coordinating internal and external office events
Processing daily client check deposit
Inputting work orders with property management
Managing parking assignments and validations
Coordinating furniture moves and other facility needs
Submitting invoices for payment
Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Providing administrative assistance to Office Administrator
Additional responsibilities as assigned by Office Administrator
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of office equipment, including computer and copiers
Microsoft program knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Superior interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and interact effectively with others to build positive and productive working relationships
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
Confidentiality
Exceptional client service skills
Working effectively within a group or independently
Office administrative experience (law firm experience preferred but not required)
Ability to communicate and follow instructions of office management, attorneys and other legal staff in a fast-paced demanding environment
Must be willing to learn new tasks and adapt to change easily
Must provide minimum authorization to work in the United States
