Responsibilities

Generate quotes, submittals, and project estimates using CRM, ERP, and quotation tools
Partner with external sales teams to manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts
Serve as a primary commercial contact for channel and OEM accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Collaborate across teams —including engineering and supply chain—to deliver solutions and meet customer needs
Qualify new leads and support bid-spec projects by reviewing electrical specifications and providing accurate information
Manage orders and delivery status while helping customers navigate Danfoss for answers on products, quotes, and timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or customer support
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Knowledge of Variable Speed Drives or electrical systems is a plus
