Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts under the supervision of the National Sales Manager, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving

Develop business with strategic target accounts, working closely with the National Sales Manager to align strategies

Assist in the preparation and presentation of quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering and Quality Management to ensure client needs are addressed

Monitor and report on account status, providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager

Support compliance with Blachford Quality Management System (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001:2000), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Lab Management System
