SEO Specialist

Three Oaks Hospitality is a collection of community-driven restaurants and bars in the Tampa Bay area. They are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist focused exclusively on restaurants and bars to increase organic visibility, drive local traffic, and support reservations, events, and brand awareness across their food and beverage concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to restaurants and bar concepts
Conduct keyword research focused on dining, nightlife, events, branded searches, and “near me” queries
Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headers, internal linking, menus, and landing pages
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues impacting performance and site speed
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for restaurants and bars
Maintain and optimize listings across Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Resy, Apple Maps, and other relevant platforms
Ensure name/address/phone consistency across all online directories
Improve visibility in local map packs and location-based searches
Optimize menus, happy hour pages, special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings for search performance
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align SEO with promotions, launches, and events
Provide SEO guidance for blog content, press releases, and promotional campaigns
Monitor online reviews and assess SEO impact related to ratings and engagement
Support best practices for responding to reviews to improve local search performance
Track listing performance tied to review volume and sentiment
Track SEO performance using SEO tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions related to reservations, inquiries, and events
Prepare clear reports and actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams
Monitor competitor restaurants and bars within each market
Identify trends and opportunities in dining and nightlife search behavior
Stay current on local SEO trends, algorithm updates, and hospitality-specific best practices

Required

Strong expertise in local SEO and multi-location optimization
Familiarity with menu SEO, event-driven content, and seasonal campaigns
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Search Console)
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
Familiarity with reservation and POS-integrated platforms (i.e. Tabit, OpenTable, Resy)
Understanding of conversion optimization for reservations, private dining, and events
3+ years of SEO experience with restaurants, bars, or food & beverage brands
Experience optimizing high-traffic, consumer-facing restaurant websites
Experience working with multi-concept or multi-location restaurant groups
Experience collaborating with social media, PR, and paid media teams

Preferred

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
