Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and develop accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on space and aerospace customers
Drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy
Travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in sales
Experience in managing and developing accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region
Technical orientation in sales
Ability to drive sales of advanced semiconductors, memory solutions, power and protection solutions, and camera heads/camera systems for space applications
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key customers such as BAE Systems, NASA, JHU-APL, Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Experience providing technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering and procurement teams
Ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategy
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
