Responsibilities
Work with Architects and Interior Designers to establish the design concept by translating programming requirements into design solutions that enhance the user experience and meet the project goals
Prepare plans, renderings, sketches, or other visual aids for design presentations
Research, select, and specify materials to support design goals and project’s technical requirements
Work on a wide variety of project types and scales. Versatility to adapt to a variety of collaborative design team settings is necessary
Perform technical aspects of the interior design process from project setup through to construction administration
Assist with Furniture planning, design and specification
Develop Artwork and Environmental Graphics concepts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Interior Design/Interior Architecture program or related field
6 - 10 years of experience
Proficiency in Revit required
Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail and motivation to learn
Collaborative and professional work ethic
Ability to take initiative and work both in a team environment and as an individual
Attention to detail, organization skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Experience with SketchUp
Experience with Enscape
Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
