Responsibilities

Regularly call opposing business parties to discuss unpaid balances (approximately 90% of your day)

Work with the internal team to negotiate offer proposals with opposing parties and clients

Plan, evaluate, implement and continuously improve all aspects of credit and collection functions and processes

Assist in formulating and achieving collection objectives

Ensure professional relationships are established and maintained with clients, vendors, and opposing parties

Directly interact with selected clients to resolve receivables delinquencies

Required

2+ years of collections experience

Two or more years of collections agency experience
