Build and scale creator partnership programs tied to revenue and growth metrics
Manage and coach a junior partnerships or sales team
Lead outreach strategies: LinkedIn InMail, cold DMs, and email campaigns
Work closely with founders and executive leadership to define strategy
Treat creators as commercial partners, not just influencers
Qualification
Required
Experience scaling creator programs at startups or high-growth companies
Hands-on experience with paid and non-paid creator partnerships
Clear ownership of revenue, ROI, and growth outcomes
Comfortable with outbound outreach and operator mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
Preferred
Background in creator platforms, consumer apps, or marketplaces
Experience restructuring or building partnership programs
Prior GTM, sales, or growth roles with creator exposure
