Responsibilities

Lead Social, Influencer, and PR as one culture program, with a shared plan, cadence, and scoreboard
Build premium creator partnerships and develop relationships that repeat and scale
Run intentional casting, discover new voices, and track hit rate by creator and format
Turn one-off wins into programs with always-on slates, live moments, and seasonal tentpoles
Publish a weekly trends read that maps formats and rising creators to testable briefs
Greenlight native series for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with clear reach and engagement goals
Architect the creator flow into organic, paid amplification, CRM modules, PDPs, and retail placements
Set rights windows, usage terms, and disclosure workflows that keep the brand compliant and nimble
Co-own creative strategy, translate cultural signals into hypotheses, and define success before launch
Sync with Growth on calendars, offers, links, landing pages, inventory and testing plan
Set weekly targets for revenue and GMV and tune creator mix and formats to hit plan
Report weekly on what shipped and what moved, flag risks, next tests, and budget shifts
Grow the network with tiers, rates, performance notes, usage history, and keep a warm pipeline ready to activate
Hire, coach, and develop the team, enforce calendars, SLAs, and asset standards
Protect the brand, uphold claims and platform policies and keep a clean, documented pipeline

Required

6–10+ years leading Social, Creator, and PR for consumer brands
Platform-native fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Craft in negotiating creator deals, whitelisting/boosting, and rights/usage terms
Proven cross-channel lift across DTC, Amazon rank/CVR, and retail velocity
You think like a showrunner and write like a creative strategist
Culture wins that became business outcomes—reach, saves/shares, assisted revenue, GMV, rank/velocity
A roster you built and scaled—tiers, rates, hit rates, usage history, repeatability
Programs that compounded—formats and playbooks that turned spikes into steady growth
Clean reads and clear calls—weekly deltas with drivers, risks, next tests or budget shifts
Keep a clean, documented pipeline—rights windows, disclosures, terms
Helpful Degrees: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields welcome
