Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the embryology team
Oversee quality management, KPIs, and lab accreditation
Manage ART procedures including ICSI, vitrification, PGT workflows
Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership on best practices
Qualification
Required
PhD (preferred) or MS in a biological science
ABB certification as HCLD (High-Complexity Laboratory Director) or ELD (Embryology Laboratory Director) required or eligibility in progress
Minimum 5–7 years of senior embryology/IVF lab experience
Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, and CDC ART reporting standards
