Responsibilities

Provide support and services to end users of LifeBridge Health's Information Systems

Maintain equipment/end user functionality/productivity

Provide Tier-1 end user support with all relevant Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and various in-house desktop applications

Provide end user assistance in understanding how to use the tools to complete their functions

Perform preventative maintenance on installed equipment

Provide Tier-1 end user support with hardware issues

Document support outcomes that are beneficial to both the team and the end user

Accurately document problem description/resolution into Help Desk tracking software

Assists in the creation of meaningful documentation on application support

Review system trouble-shooting documentation for completeness, currency and availability and obtains updates as required

Assists in the development of policies and procedures for customer support

Performs analysis for hardware and software inquiries/problems

Diagnose end user problem utilizing support documentation

Analyze end user question/request utilizing departmental standards

Qualification

Windows operating systemsMicrosoft OfficeHelp Desk tracking softwareHardware troubleshootingDocumentation skills

Required

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field

1-3 years of experience
