Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, building sustainable relationships through responsive and professional communication

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, actively listen to client needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns

Act as liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and service

Answer phones professionally, direct callers to appropriate personnel and attorneys

Meet personal and Client Service team targets and call handling quotas

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required

Minimum of 1 to 2 years preferred experience answering and taking phone calls

Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook and Teams
