Responsibilities
Help untangle 20K + routing rules that steer phone, email, and chat to the right associates as we build a rules intelligence layer as part of our next generation Contact Center
You’ll catalog current rules, design a simplification framework and proposal, and prototype an AI data model to translate rules to the next platform
You’ll get hands on with Amazon MemoryDB, OpenSearch, and Bedrock and drive measurable impact by cutting rule volume, accelerating business changes and improving customer experience
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Systems, Analytics or related field
Strong system analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with XML development
AI/ML mindset and willingness to learn emerging technologies
