Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across cloud and data center initiatives
Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and legacy environment transitions, including coordinating shutdown and decommissioning activities once migrations are complete
Conduct discovery and dependency mapping across applications, infrastructure, and data
Track milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and success criteria across multiple workstreams
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, including security and compliance considerations
Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, business teams, and vendors
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to leadership and steering committees
Manage change control, prioritize competing demands, and resolve cross-team conflicts
Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models within a structured program environment
Drive day-to-day execution through meetings, task tracking, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of project management experience, or 6 years of combined education and/or work experience, including 3–4 years of project management experience
Strong project management experience supporting large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Foundational understanding of cloud concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud, and colocation environments
Knowledge of data center operations and migration strategies
Familiarity with security, compliance, and risk management considerations
Experience managing dependencies, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and KPI tracking
Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and Agile roles
Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and organizational skills
Resilience and effectiveness in fast-paced, meeting-heavy environments
Experience using MS Project, Jira, cloud dashboards, and enterprise reporting systems
