Write and edit UX copy for web and mobile applications, including navigation, user flows, and transactional content
Translate complex financial information into clear, human-centered language
Partner closely with UX designers while owning content decisions
Contribute to content strategy efforts such as: Voice and tone, Content mapping, Information architecture, Sitemap development, Personalization
Use data, research, and customer feedback to improve content
Ensure content meets accessibility, legal, and brand standards
Qualification
Required
Has 2–4 years of professional UX writing or digital content experience
Has worked on web and/or mobile product experiences
Can work independently while collaborating in a cross-functional Agile team
Communicates clearly and confidently with designers, product, and compliance
Is curious, collaborative, and comfortable learning complex domains
Has a portfolio demonstrating user-focused UX content
