Responsibilities

Support regulatory submissions related to usability validation
Document usability validation activities and respond to regulator inquiries
Develop and test labeling and IFU updates in partnership with packaging teams
Plan and execute summative usability testing with external agencies
Review and update usability evaluation procedures
Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, quality, and packaging teams

Qualification

Usability engineeringHuman factors engineeringRegulated products experienceUsability evaluationsCross-functional communicationDocumentation skills

Required

8 -12 years of usability or human factors engineering experience
Experience designing and leading usability evaluations and validation studies
Background in regulated products; medical device or IVD experience preferred
Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills
