Maintenance Admin (Logs and Records)
Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Maintenance Admin to maintain aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records. The role involves performing clerical, administrative, and managerial duties to ensure efficient aircraft maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Utilize the current management information system(s) to maintain aircraft forms and records as required
Technical Directive compliance entries
All current and future reporting required through Navy/Marine Corps systems (e.g. Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis (NALDA), Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Services Command (NATEC)
Process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program and verify aircraft utilization reports
Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents and publications
Assist in maintaining Naval Aviation programs
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years NALCOMIS and aircraft logbook experience
Experience with MV-22B logs and Records
"I" Level Logs and Records Experience required
Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista's goals
Familiarization with Naval Aviation programs / Audit procedures
USMC MOS 6046
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years' aviation experience with 2 years using military standards and specifications
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
