Responsibilities
Support the plant in ensuring that the equipment operates efficiently to maximize production rates and minimize fuel and power consumption
Support the plant and maintenance department on strategies for reliability and planning
Work with the maintenance department on all critical jobs/repairs
Assist with Root Cause Analysis
Assist with daily work planning and scheduling
Assist with work scopes and bid packages to solicit quotes for plant projects
Learn the process flow of cement manufacturing from quarry to shipping
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and inquisitive by nature
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, Project, VISO
Solid reasoning, analytical, technical and communication skills
Must possess excellent work ethic
Must be able to multi-task
