Responsibilities

Planning and conducting end-to-end user research (generative to evaluative)
Proficiency with remote research tools (e.g., UserZoom, UserTesting.com, Dovetail)
Synthesizing qualitative & quantitative data into actionable insights
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
Experience collaborating within agile product development teams

Required

5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research for digital products
Proven expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, heuristic evaluation)
Strong portfolio demonstrating impact of research on product direction and design decisions
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills

Synthesizing qualitative & quantitative data into actionable insights

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Experience in the insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated B2C industries
Background in behavioral science, psychology, HCI, or a related field
Experience with metrics and analytics (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics)
Skills in workshop facilitation and design thinking methodologies
