Senior Manager, Property & Casualty Sales

They are seeking a Senior Manager for Property & Casualty Sales to lead strategic sales planning and build a high-performing sales team focused on serving ministry partners with tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sales planning, team development, and market expansion for GuideStone’s proprietary and brokered P&C products
Build and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with GuideStone’s mission and business goals
Drive new business acquisition and client retention across assigned territories
Collaborate with agency leadership and executive management to align sales efforts with enterprise strategy
Represent GuideStone at industry events and build relationships with key external stakeholders
Oversee sales training, performance reviews, and professional development for the team
Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and team performance

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance sales, account management, or a related leadership role
Proven success in exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and team-building capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Applicable state P&C and Life & Health Insurance licenses required
Deep understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and ministry-focused client needs
Ability to travel up to 25% annually

Preferred

CIC certification preferred
Active membership of an evangelical church or a similarly aligned Christian community that shares GuideStone's ministry values is highly preferred
