Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming hardware and technology equipment

Prepare, configure, and stage laptops, phones, and other devices for deployment

Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies

Assist with procurement processes, including creating purchase requests and coordinating with vendors

Ensure proper storage and organization of hardware and supplies

Support logistics and shipping of equipment between locations as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues before deployment

Collaborate with IT, Field Services, and other internal teams to meet deployment deadlines

Follow and maintain company policies for asset management and data security

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Procurement and Inventory Manager
