Donnelly & Moore Corporation is seeking a CyberArk PAM /Active Directory Administrator for a utility client in New York. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting CyberArk PAM and Active Directory Administration, as well as implementing new cybersecurity technologies and assisting with infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities

Ability to troubleshoot and support various aspects of CyberArk PAM

Work with others to implement new deployments of cybersecurity technologies such as Cyberark and other products

Assist other upgrade efforts on existing infrastructure equipment to support applications and cyber security growth

Create documentation and procedures for day to day and major tasks as needed

Determine and propose suggested architecture for system deployments

Communicate and work with vendors and internal stakeholders on deployment of technology

Configure and setup systems

Create documentation and train others on the use of the new systems

Patch and maintain technology

Qualification

Ability to troubleshoot and support various aspects of CyberArk PAM

Strong commitment to operational excellence

Technical proficiency in the deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions such as Cyberark

Well organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with safety mind set

Exercise good judgment and render sound business decisions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to produce design and procedural documentation

Ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed

Provide off-hour, on-call support as needed to support systems

Willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours

Means and ability to travel to various Company locations

Valid driver's license

Passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check
