Responsibilities
Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities
Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions
Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles
Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
+ W-9 completion is required for 1099 contract
+ Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed)
Preferred
Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus
Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the team is desirable
