Required

Have a Nurse Practitioner degree, with experience practicing Obesity Medicine, including effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Are licensed to practice and prescribe legally in OH ---- AND ---- MI, with preference for multiple state licenses and credentialing with insurance payers in at least one of the following states: MA, NY, TX, NJ, and/or IL

Have 2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics, and/or 2 + years of obesity medicine experience in a primary care/internal medicine setting

Have excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions

Are committed to the highest quality of medical care and an evidence-based approach to obesity management

Have prior experience conducting telemedicine visits and who have a great 'web-side' manner
