The Payroll Specialist will assist with timecard reconciliation, payroll journal review, and maintain employee databases and files.

Responsibilities
Review payroll journals for accuracy
Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in the payroll system for payroll deduction
Serve as a point of contact for payroll related questions, inquiries, and concerns
Review and Assure entries are accurately inputted to reflect changes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with general accounting principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Data Entry experience required
Previous payroll experience required
Preferred
Experience using Paycor
