REIC Rentals is a fast-growing, elite equipment rental company specializing in general rental and specialty equipment. They are hiring an Equipment Associate who will be responsible for washing and detailing rental equipment, inspecting equipment for quality, and managing the yard's visual appeal.

Responsibilities

Prepping yard for start and close of business
Loading and unloading equipment and communicating rental details with the Rental Coordinator
Wash and make any necessary repairs to returned equipment and ensure it is rent ready
Assist in the look, appearance, and arrangement of equipment in the yard

Qualification

Forklift trainingCustomer serviceSafety focusMechanical troubleshootingElectrical troubleshootingTake instructionWork independently

Required

A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a forklift, AWP, and propane training tests
A focus and priority for safety
Customer service experience
Experience working outside in extreme weather conditions in all seasons
Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
Ability to work fluctuating schedules which include some Saturdays
Complete other duties as assigned
Ability to take comprehend job related duties in both verbal and written formats
Comfortable working with limited supervision at times
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds several times throughout a shift
