Tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus
Additional certification in customer service is preferred
