Sandler Law Group is seeking an Initial Disclosures Specialist to prepare and ensure the accuracy of loan-closing documents for compliant mortgage loans. The role involves reviewing documents, communicating with various parties involved in real estate transactions, and ensuring timely compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Preparing the Loan Estimate, confirming fees and pricing are accurate, and releasing to the borrowers via e-Sign

Sending out initial disclosures

Auditing the loan for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before sending out the initial disclosures and Loan Estimates

Monitoring Change of Circumstance requests and ensuring re-disclosures and COC notices are in compliance and issued within the required timeframes

Maintaining efficient levels of service and complying with regulatory timelines associated with the completion and dissemination of loan disclosures
