Build and lead a top 1% outbound sales development team — one every other department wants to hire from
Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain exceptional SDR talent
Create a culture of learning, accountability, and high performance
Set clear goals, define success metrics, and manage team performance against them
Develop and continually reinvent outbound tactics and strategies to stay ahead of the market
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align outreach with company goals
Lead from the front — demonstrate best practices and set the tone for excellence
Use data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform strategy
Break down company-level objectives into actionable team plans
Foster curiosity, resilience, and a love of craftsmanship in your team
