Site Acquisition Manager II
Scalence L.L.C. is a company seeking a Site Acquisition Manager II to oversee all site acquisition activities for various projects. The role involves coordinating with service providers, managing site acquisition processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group
Manage all site acquisition activity including, but not limited to the following: o Site File audit o RFDS review and comment o SOW review or preparation assistance o Coordination of A&E and/or design services o Evaluation of engineering requirements (assessment or analysis required) o Coordination and preparation of submittal documents (LL and regulatory) o LL Notification (preparation, submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of receipt) o LL consent (preparation, document submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of consent) o Regulatory approval up to and including zoning and BP or EP submission and approval o Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP o NTP hand off to services delivery team o LL or regulatory agency assistance to the civil work and installation teams, including site access, design modification negotiation and approvals
Monitor activities of the Service Providers and ensure that contract requirements, specifications and milestones for Site Acquisition are met
Site Acquisition problem solving encountered by the Service Providers
Ensure that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced
Prepares regular daily/weekly/monthly progress report
Attend coordination and progress meetings
Ensure that quality of the Service Providers is within Ericsson standards and Customer expectations
Maintain a good working relationship with the Customers representatives and all disciplines involved in the project
Coordinates activities and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the Project goals and objectives
After baseline is supplied by the CPM - measure and report on Budget, schedule and risk throughout the project life cycle
Qualification
Required
Prior Ericsson and Telecommunication experience
Ability to work onsite from Irvine, CA location
Experience in managing all site acquisition activity
Ability to coordinate works with Service Providers and other disciplines
Experience in site file audit, RFDS review, and SOW review or preparation assistance
Ability to evaluate engineering requirements and prepare submittal documents
Experience in LL Notification and LL consent preparation and tracking
Knowledge of regulatory approval processes including zoning and BP or EP submission
Ability to identify and manage work required to complete and acquire NTP
Experience in monitoring activities of Service Providers to ensure contract requirements are met
Problem-solving skills for Site Acquisition issues encountered by Service Providers
Ability to prepare regular progress reports
Experience in attending coordination and progress meetings
Ability to ensure quality of Service Providers meets Ericsson standards and Customer expectations
Strong relationship management skills with Customers and project disciplines
Ability to measure and report on Budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project life cycle
