Responsibilities

Lead debt and equity capital raising efforts for real estate acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations
Structure financing transactions including construction loans, permanent debt, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity
Manage relationships with banks, debt funds, private lenders, and institutional investors
Oversee investor relations, including reporting, communications, and capital partner engagement
Build financial models, underwriting packages, and investment presentations to support capital initiatives
Negotiate term sheets, loan documents, and partnership agreements
Partner with acquisitions and asset management teams to evaluate new opportunities
Monitor market trends, capital markets conditions, and competitive financing structures
Support portfolio-level capital planning, refinancing strategy, and liquidity management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
7+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, real estate private equity, or structured finance
Proven track record raising debt and equity capital for real estate transactions
Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution experience
Established network of lenders and capital partners
Experience working with institutional investors, RIAs, PE groups, and family offices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
