Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between Compliance, Operations, Technology, and the external vendor
Validate business and technical requirements, and identify process gaps
Support data mapping activities between internal systems and the vendor platform
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Track risks, issues, and timelines, ensuring proper documentation and escalation
Map and document onboarding workflows across business units
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
Partner with Appian developers to clarify business logic and confirm workflow accuracy
Support testing and quality assurance efforts
Assist with change management tasks, including training materials and user adoption
Qualification
Required
Strong background in project management and business analysis within financial services
Experience with AML/KYC processes or compliance-related projects
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Appian preferred)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
