Responsibilities
Assisting all desks, whether active, inactive, risk, or AMP areas
Aiding credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit
Overseeing various requests through the Credit Notify Inbox and emails from the CAPS organization
Managing bonds and overseeing credit checks
Maintaining the bills box
Addressing issues related to duplicate payments
Collaborating with the Revenue Protection team, with dedicated work on Tuesdays
Handling mailroom responsibilities, with office presence required on Tuesdays
Providing support to all departments in Credit and Payment Services as needed
