VIP Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with new and targeted casino guests, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring guests feel valued and their gaming experiences are always top-notch
Make personal outreach calls about special offers and exclusive experiences, ensuring they never miss a beat of the casino's exhilarating rhythm
Master the casino's ever-evolving promotions and special events, ensuring you're the ultimate insider tip for your guests
Make outbound calls to preferred guests, keeping them updated on upcoming promotions, events, and shows
Make personal outreach calls about special offers and exclusive experiences, ensuring they never miss a beat of the casino's exhilarating rhythm
Assist with any task needed, from answering guest questions to troubleshooting minor hiccups, making you the ultimate support player
Be prepared to tackle any task thrown your way, adding flexibility and adaptability to your casino skillset

Qualification

Required

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 6 months of player development and/or marketing experience, or a blend of education and relevant experience
Effective written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
Ability to set priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license to assist with various activities, as needed
