Bully Max is hiring a Catalog & Sales Operations Coordinator to own the accuracy and completeness of our digital product catalog across all platforms. This execution-focused role emphasizes structured work, accuracy, and follow-through.

Maintain and update product listings across platforms

Ensure accuracy of UPCs, SKUs, titles, descriptions, and media

Manage catalog data using Excel or Google Sheets

Verify work before publishing to prevent errors

Coordinate catalog updates with internal teams and partners

Required

Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills

Experience with data entry or catalog management

Willing to travel occasionally (1–2 times per year)
