Responsibilities
Develop and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage on all shifts
Communicate scheduling changes to staff
Track staff attendance and ensure proper documentation
Fill open shifts due to absences, call-ins, or emergencies
Maintain accurate records of scheduling, overtime, and staffing hours
Coordinate with the DON and management to address staffing shortages or overtime concerns
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical staff regarding schedules
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous scheduling experience required
Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to successfully pass background check
